WHAT IS THE CAPACITY OF THE VENUE?
Normally we encourage about 100 guests (round tables or rectangular tables) to ensure the best experience. Due to Covid-19, we've implemented our safety precautions and have limited our capacity to 40 guests to ensure physical distancing.
HOW DO I GO ABOUT RESERVING A DATE FOR MY WEDDING?
A date hold payment of two hundred and fifty dollars (CAD 250.00) is required and a contract must be signed to reserve your date. Unfortunately this date hold payment be not be refunded.
WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
We gladly accept Paypal, E-transfer and cheques.
WHAT IS YOUR CANCELLATION POLICY?
Client may cancel at any time up to 120 days prior to event date without further obligations. Client understands that the date hold payment of Two Hundred Fifty (CAD $250) is not refundable.
• Client is responsible for 50% of the total venue rental fee if client cancels between 120 – 61 days prior to event date. The date hold payment of CAD 250.00 will be deducted from this amount to reflect balance.
• Client is fully obligated and is responsible to pay 100% of total venue rental fee if cancellation occurs within 60 days prior to event date.
