Autumn Alchemy - your chance to recharge and align at High Beam Dreams.
Slow Flow and Reiki guided by Zoe, Sauna and cold plunge by Prana Sauna will leave you feeling both calm and energized. Food options will be offered by The Brass Spon Cafe
A perfect way to reset your mind and body.
Please bring your own yoga mat, water bottle, change of clothes and towel.
