How many guests can you host?
Our private event packages are designed for up to 50 guests.

How long is the event?
Each package includes 5 hours of rental
​
Is there an indoor option?
Yes. Our Indoor + Outdoor Package includes access to both spaces for a seamless celebration.

What happens if it rains?
If you choose the Indoor + Outdoor Package, you’ll have the flexibility to move indoors if weather changes.
For the Garden/Outdoor Package, the event is held outdoors only. If you would like the option to move indoors due to weather, the booking will be upgraded to the Indoor + Outdoor Package (additional fees apply).

Can we bring our own food and beverages?
To ensure smooth service and a consistent guest experience, outside food and beverages are not permitted.
​
Do you provide bar service?
Bartending is not included in the package is can be offered at an additional cost. We provide wine glasses and ice machine.
You will purchase your own beverages. bartending service will be $250 + GST for 5 hours. ​
​
Do you require event insurance and liquor permit?
Yes, both even insurance and liquor permit are required. We assist our clients apply for this at cost.

Are there any other charges?
A separate refundable deposit of $1000.00 is required in addition to the package price.

Can we play music and have speeches?
Yes! A basic PA system is included announcements, and speeches., and you’re welcome to use our Bluetooth speaker for background music. You are also welcome to use projector and screen.
