About the Event
Fire and Flow, a dynamic yoga class that blends flow with functional movement. This practice invites you to move with intention, build resilience, and reconnect to your body in an energizing and empowering way.
The class will be lead by Louis Ngo.
About Louis: With over 12 years of experience as a yoga teacher and 5 years as a Thai massage practitioner, Louis brings a dynamic and well-rounded approach to movement and bodywork. His journey has taken him to India for yoga teacher training, Miami to study movement and locomotion, Vancouver to deepen his practice in Rocket Yoga, AcroYoga, and movement flow, and Thailand to train in traditional Thai massage. At 43, he continues to explore and evolve, blending strength, mobility, and mindful touch to help others move better, feel better, and connect more deeply with their bodies”
