• Can we bring our own vendors?
Absolutely! You're welcome to bring your own caterer, florist, photographer, and other vendors. We also offer a carefully curated list of recommended vendors who are familiar with our venue and have been a great fit for many of our couples. This list is shared with couples who book our venue. If you choose a food vendor who is not on our recommended list, we kindly ask that you get prior approval from us to ensure they meet our venue requirements.
• Are you all-inclusive venue?
Absolutely. High Beam Dreams is an all-inclusive venue that proudly celebrates love in all its forms. We warmly welcome LGBTQ+ and LGBTQ+2S couples, and are committed to creating a safe, respectful, and joyful space for every couple to celebrate their unique love story.
• How many guests can you host?
We can seat:150 in concert-style,130 with rectangular tables,100 seated at round tables.
• Is parking and accessibility available?
Absolutely. We offer ample on-site parking and ensure full wheelchair access both indoors and outdoors.
